I woke up today wanting to play tennis. Where can we play tennis? Spanish Fork Sports Complex! So off we go. The park is located at 295 West Volunteer Drive in Spanish Fork (just off Main Street). Take the Main Street exit off I-15 and go a few miles south, turn right, and you’re there.

The park is right in the middle of Spanish Fork just minutes from the freeway. It’s only about 10 minutes away from my house, so I find it very convinent to just run down and play a game or two.

This park has 6 tennis courts and a playground adjacent, so you can watch the kids and still get some great rallies going. We had a blast, but I didn’t win any games. I am no match for my husband or his sister.

My nephew Joey played on the playground while we played tennis and we could see him the whole time. He really enjoyed the playground and all the kids to play with. A couple of times he had to go potty, but luckily the bathrooms are right next to the courts and playground. He is almost 3 and is still working on potty training so he yelled to his mom that he needed to go and she met him halfway. It is really convenient to have the bathrooms so close.

I saw people walking on a path right next to the courts so I decided to check it out. The path has yellow lines on it like a road; I think kids would really enjoy that for riding bikes and such. I liked it, the ride put my son right to sleep.

The parking lot is huge and everything is really easy to get to. There is big pavilion in the middle of it all that you can rent that has a really nice set up with a gas grill. There are also softball, football and soccer fields.

Overall this park is great for kids, adults, and sports lovers. I will continue to use it often.
