A dark house sits on an Orem street. It is not like many houses you are sure to meet. No light shines from the windows. There is no answer at the door–and in the yard some very scary monsters are waiting for some gore!

We pulled up in our car (not sure just what to do) and decided we may as well get out to check out a scene or two!

We turned to see a corpse removing his head. My daughter thought this was hilarious. I was full of dread! A werewolf peered at us—danger in his eyes, then we turned to see Frankenstein staring at us in surprise.

Gasping at a ghost (dancing behind her tombstone with delight), a shiver ran up my spine—okay, I was full of fright! I swallowed and grabbed my baby’s hand; she was squealing happily, she loved this made up land!

I couldn’t help but scream as a raven flew over my head (my daughter started laughing—I was just glad that we weren’t dead)!

The witches sat by their little house, stirring a pot of doom. You could almost hear them cackling as one went riding on her broom.

Dracula and his maid-so-fair were not afraid to stare us down. One look at both their fangs—and we were out of town!

We almost ran into the butler who laughed so wickedly. My daughter finally felt the fear and she flew right behind me.

We were faced with a dead pirate before deciding to flee—
This Haunted Orem House had gotten the best of me!
